This camp is designed for older students who are looking for a more advanced theatre experience. Students will participate in a marathon two weeks where they will be cast in, rehearse, design, and produce their own play! Every company member is guaranteed an excellent experience both onstage and off! Our play will be chosen based on the number of students who sign up. Students interested in only teching the play are welcome to apply as well, and tech students will be taught basic theatrical software and lighting and sound board use!

Daily Schedule

8:30 – 9:00 am Students begin arriving and check in at the Fine Art’s Door of RHS.
9:00 – 11:45 am Student will warm up, play acting games and prepare for rehearsal. They will also take care of technical and administrative duties for their show.
11:45 – 12:15 pm Brown Bag Lunch
12:15 – 3:00 pm Rehearsal of Play
3:00 – 3:30 pm Students are picked up and checked out.

Students should bring extra work clothes that they can use for painting and building the set. They should also bring their own lunches, and may bring water in a closeable container. Students should dress in clothes that are easy to move in and must wear closed toe shoes.
